Our event packages can accommodate every need and budget. The packages are the same regardless of your type of event, and we don't just cater to weddings!
Consultation
Only: One or more
hourly meetings to help you with the skills necessary for planning your own event.
All of the planning will be done by the client and The Essence of Time will
not coordinate any functions, nor will they be in attendance at any functions
during the planning process. Each session will be charged at an hourly rate. Payment will be due at the completion of each session.
Planning
Preparation: In
addition to the Consultation Only, The Essence of Time will assist with booking
appointments with vendors, provide the client with a binder to keep track of
your paperwork and receipts, and will put together a Schedule for your event
day. This service will be billed at a flat rate plus the
hourly rate per Consultation session.
Premiere
Planning Package:Complimentary Consultation, budget
creation and management, concept development, assistance finding and selecting
vendors/venues, contract review, manage vendor meetings and payment schedule,
invitation consultation & order placement, guest list management, seating
chart assistance, assistance with guest accommodations, final confirmations
with vendors, coordination and execution on the day of the event, etc. This
service will be billed at a percentage of the total event costs with a minimum
fee.
Event
Day Coordination:Includes 2 pre-event day
consultations (additional consults billed at an hourly rate), plan and
distribute an event program, execution of the program through coordination of
all event components. This service is billed at a flat rate for the
first six hours and a per hour charge for each additional hour.
A La Carte: Perhaps you need the ultimate of customization and would like to pick and choose which services you need. We have created the A La Carte package which allows you to customize our services to exactly what you are looking for in a planner!
Eloping? Sometimes even the simplest of ceremonies still need some guidance. Perhaps you wish to elope but you don't know where to begin with all that legal registry stuff. Maybe you want a very small and informal wedding without the frills and hoopla. We can help!
Errand & Organizational Services: are $20 per hour with a minimum $25 fee for anything less than one hour. If your service requires excessive travel or materials, additional charges will apply and we will discuss those with you prior to entering a contract. Please note that the client pays for all materials associated with the service being provided!
All of our services require a signed contract with the client.
We provide a complimentary consultation for all services except our Organizational Services since those will most likely require us to travel to the site where we will perform evaluations and physical labor.
All Errand & Organizational services require a 25% deposit at the time of contract with the balance to be paid in full within 30 days of completion of services
