Lucke/Van Gemert Wedding

This is my own wedding. I coordinated it from beginning to end. I created my own wedding stationary: Save The Date Cards, Wedding Programs, Place Cards, Favors, Centerpieces, Thank You Cards, etc. I worked directly with all of our vendors to ensure the best possible services for a tight budget. My husband and I also wrote our own vows. To this day we have people commenting on how our wedding was, "one of the most beautiful, fun, and relaxing weddings they have ever been to"! It was the prompting from some of our guests that inspired me to take my creativity and use it to help others plan their most special events! Photos by Vision Photography, Nashua NH

Campbell-Batchelder Wedding

The bride approached me in February 2010 to plan her wedding which took place on May 23rd, 2010. Through our Premiere Planning Package, we managed to plan a very simple and elegant wedding on a small budget in a very short amount of time! I created and assembled the couple's handmade invitations and stationary as well as worked with a local baker to design the cake for the couple based on their interests.

McKew-Parolise Wedding

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and Jay as their Event Day Coordinator. They had a beautiful ceremony/reception at Zorvino's in Sandown NH. Zorvino's made my job extremely easy but I was able to offer advice to Amanda with questions she had during the planning process and oversee the final details on the big day!

Errand Services

Some of the most recent errand services we have offered include: drop off services for a child at their gymnastics practice, being at a person's home for a contractor visit while the homeowner was out of town, attending a meeting as someone's substitute to prevent them from obtaining an absence on their record, sitting for pets while the owner brought their teen to visit a college for the weekend.

Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc.

I have helped organize and manage several events for the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc. Events range from three day camping fundraisers, to spaghetti dinners, to Poker Runs, to training seminars, to bi-monthly meetings, and more. I have helped them create event advertising materials, registration processes, on-site consulting on the day(s) of the event, and follow-up with press releases and participating sponsors/businesses.

United Four Wheel Drive Associations Annual Convention

Each year the UFWDA accepts bids from their member organizations throughout the US and the United Kingdom to host their annual convention. In 2008, an organization I am affiliated with, chose me to compose and submit a bid based on specific criteria provided by UFWDA. The Convention consists of three days of Business Meetings and a banquet. Other activities are offered based on the availability of the host organization. The proposal I submitted was voted on, accepted, and we hosted the 2008 UFWDA Annual Convention in Manchester NH. I was responsible for submitting the bid, securing a venue to accommodate approximately 75-100 people, coordinating with the venue to offer hotel rooms and a full service banquet complete with a raffle and keynote speaker. I also managed the registration process for the event, including creating the registration materials.

Deep Woods Extreme 4x4 Club, Inc.

For nine years I have helped Deep Woods Extreme, Inc. organize their 4WD Truck Show & Rock Crawling Competition. Responsibilities include securing a venue, meeting with local businesses/town governments for permits, securing sponsors, creating and managing registration processes, event advertising materials, working with prospective charitable organizations, on-site coordination on the weekend of the event, and more. The event welcomes thousands of spectators every year.
